Miss Kentucky County Fair

 The big girls and I had a fun day Saturday in Louisville to watch Taylor perform in the Miss Kentucky County Fair. It was held in the ball room of a hotel in Louisville. It was a very neat experience to see her get to compete and watch all the different girls from all over the state. We were happy to cheer extra loud for Taylor!

 September means one thing....cheer and dance. This was Lauren's first year as a cheerleader and Katelyn's third year on dance team. This year was extra busy because I was the sponsor for the dance team. CRAZY!!  September also means Corn Festival and the Corn Bowl, which is the first huge performance for both the cheer and dance teams. They did great! Couldn't be more proud of both of my girls.

Reagan's 3 Year Pictures

 We were so busy having fun this summer that I didn't really have time to get Reagan's three year pics done until now. She has become quite the little mess. She is developing a lot of personality. She is still a little small for her age, but she is packed full of it! She is my buddy and my helper with the other girls in school all the time. The youngest of three, she is used to going everywhere, all the time!

First Day of School 2012-2013

 Lauren First Day of 2nd Grade

She has Mrs. Crowley this year.  She was excited to go back. She has her best buddy Kyla in the class with her. That's three years in a row.

The summers always seem to go way, way to fast. We even had a long summer! I hate to get back into the routine of homework and running.  It's so nice in the summer to just be able to do nothing if you want and not have to worry and hurry! But now it's time to start back with school! 

 

Katelyn on the first day of 5th grade. She has Mrs. Garrett this year. This will be her last year at MES. A little sad to think about. Next year she will be a big 6th grader at UCMS. Don't think I'm ready for that!

Katelyn's 10th Birthday

 Hard to believe that Katelyn is in the double digits now! 10 YEARS OLD! She celebrated with the family in April with cake and presents, and then she had all her friends come over to a combined birthday swim party for her and Lauren at John and Missy's pool!

Lauren's 7th Birthday

 Lauren on her 1st birthday and 7th birthday. Sweet girl!

This year for the girls birthdays, we decided to combine Lauren's and Katelyn's parties and have a big swim party at John & Missy's. It was double the girls and double the noise. They all had a great time. I cannot believe that my little Lauren is 7 already.

JUNE 16, 2012

 We had a great vacation this year in Panama City Beach. We hadn't been there for a couple of years, so it was good to get back. The weather was a little bad when we first got there, but it turned out to be great! We swam and played at the beach. We rode car carts and went to Wonderworks museum. And, we ate a lot, a whole lot!! I tried my usual pictures on the beach with the girls, and as usual it was a little bit challenging! But, I think I got some pretty good ones!

 I love this picture of Lauren and Reagan coming out of the pool because they didn't know I was taking it. The true smiles on their faces makes me smile!
