CHRISTMAS 2011

 This year we had a great Christmas. We didn't know it at the time, but it turns out it was a very special Christmas. It would be our last Christmas with Debbie. And as usual she made it fantastic for everybody. The girls were buried knee deep in presents at Nana's house.  We made special treats and food to take and eat. The girls were super helpers.

Christmas morning was a hit too. Santa came through and got everything that they wanted. Reagan had been asking for nothing but a pair of "glubs", and she finally got them.

This is one my favorite pictures from all of Christmas season. I caught her in the room by herself just admiring the tree after we had put it up. She looks so sweet. As usual it was a wonderful and blessed Christmas vacation.

I try really hard to get a great shot of all three of the girls together....TRY being the key word! I get myself all worked up and drive myself crazy trying to get that perfect shot. The one I want to by a huge print of and put it on the wall in the family room. Well this is as close as it gets for me right now. I think they all did pretty good. They are all beautiful to me!

And in case you wonder how Reagan keeps herself busy while the older girls are at school, here it is. Buddy and Reagan...best buds!

Dance Jamboree

The girls jamboree and dance competition went well. They worked so hard on the dance this year. It really came together in the end. We got second place this year. Sturgis won the first place prize this year. So...next year, the competition will be on!!!

I always like to look back at what was going on several years ago. It is easy to do when you keep everything you have and pass it on to the next girl in line! Here is a picture of Lauren in the chicken on Halloween 2008! So cute!

Then here is our present day little chicken...Reagan! Yet again, we sure do have super cute chickens around here!!

Lauren was our belly dancer this year! Very cute outfit...a little chilly when the sun went down!

Katelyn was the daughter of the wolf man..her name...Clawdene!

After some quick trick or treating, it was time to head to Mamaw's for our usual Halloween festivities. The girls handed out candy, and ate candy, and then ate some more candy. We always finish off the evening eating some chili with Mamaw and Papaw. Some great memories for the girls!

Fall Break

This year for fall break we went to Ft. Myers Beach Florida with Mimi and Poppa. We had a great time. The beach was covered in shells and the pool was GREAT! All three of the girls had so much fun. We swam and played all day long. One day we even took a dolphin/ shelling boat tour. We had a great time at the beach, but we were ready to get back home!

Corn Festival

The Corn Festival is one of our favorite times of the year! This time was no exception. We had our usual yummies like corn dogs, rib eyes, and funnel cakes! Since Katelyn is on the dance team again this year, we get to make and ride on the Dance Team float! They even let Lauren ride this year! It is as much fun to throw the candy as it it to catch the candy! With both the big girls throwing this year, that put Reagan and I on catching duty. We did our best, and filled a whole bag!

Lauren's 6th Birthday Bash

 This crazy girl had a great 6th birthday! Got all the things she wanted and more!  She is growing up way to fast. She always has some help from her sisters to get into the presents.

I can't believe that Katelyn is already nine years old! Where has the time gone? She had a great birthday party this year. We took four of her friends to the movies, out to eat pizza, and then they all spent the night! It was a LATE night for the girls! A couple of days later we had our party for family here at the house. She got enough clothes to have to change her outfits several times a day! She was very excited!
